Replacement Arm For A Solera Edge 2000 Series RV Awning

Question:

I have a 2023 17bh viking with a Solera Lippert 2000 series awning. Serial reads 2021125705-RA. I need a replacement arm, which one would it be?

Hi Jesus,

The number you provided comes back as a Solera Edge awning in black, but we'll need a bit more information to determine the correct arm because there's 3 different models in black. There should be another sticker on the arm with a number that starts with 'V000' that we can use to ensure you're getting the correct replacement.

@Josh Hi, this is for an Solera Edge awning and would have to be purchased through Lippert directly. The part number you gave me is the correct one so if you give them a call they'd be happy to get you the correct replacement. It won't show on the their site so you will have to call.
