Why Wouldn't Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch C31083 Not Fit On A 2020 Ford F-150 Platinum?

I just got back from the garage and they said it would not install on a 2020 F150 Plantinum. Instructions are a little less than an expanded view. What do I do. I need to use the winch today!!!!~

I am sorry to hear that the shop you went to said the Curt Front Mount Hitch # C31083 will not fit your 2020 Ford F-150 Platinum.
Would you happen to know if your truck has the automatic deploying air dam? That is currently the only exclusion that would cause the # C31083 not to fit.
If your truck does have the automatic deploying air dam then you will need to use the Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch # 65067 which my contact at Draw-Tite confirmed will fit, but you will need to trim the air dam slightly.
I included a video of the # 65067 being installed to show you how the install will go, and what trimming is required.
