If your 2011 Yukon XL already has the tow package you're well equipped to tow a Forest River E-Pro 19FD with a 600-lbs tongue weight. It sounds like you might be in need of a weight distribution system to help keep the rear end from sagging too much and creating poor handling conditions that could end up being dangerous. You'll want to choose your weight distribution hitch based off the trailer's tongue weight and you'll want the tongue weight to fall somewhere towards the middle of the range for the hitch.
For your 2019 Forest River E-Pro I recommend using the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW # C17499, which is well rated for your trailer and also provides you with integrated sway control in the system. I really like the TruTrack because it's not as rigid as some other systems with steel on steel friction sway control. The only thing the TruTrack doesn't come with is the hitch ball with a 1-1/4" shank; if you need a 2" hitch ball you can use the # A-90 or for the 2-5/16" you can use the # C40030.
I've linked some review and videos of these parts for you to check out, as well.
