Question:

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 tradesmen. My truck has zero hitch like features in the back. Pretty much just my bumper and that’s it. Will this hitch work for me?

Some Ram trucks will have a factory installed hitch which will be plainly evident as you'll be able to see the receiver tube sitting below the underside of the back bumper. Others have a crossmember right behind/under the back bumper that a receiver like # C13419 would bolt up to.

The Draw-Tite # 41913 will work with both, but on vehicles with an existing factory hitch, the factory hitch will need to be removed before installing the # 41913. The hitch will work as long as your truck is the new body style that's referred to as the Ram 1500, not the old body style which is referred to as the Ram 1500 Classic.
