The Bulldog # BDW20351 and # BDW20230 do use the same ratchet straps and carry bag, the # BDW20351 does have more accessories. It includes 4 flat-ring axle straps, 4 padded covers, and 4 cinch straps, whereas the # BDW20230 does not.
