With the loop at the one end adjusted to its shortest length. What is the minimum overall length of this strap, end to end?

I spoke with Bulldog and the length of the non-adjustable strap piece on the # BDW20230 is going to be 12" long; the minimum strap length when the straps are fully ratcheted is going to be around 24" from the end of one hook to the end of the ratchet strap connected hook. I've attached a picture to show what I'm referencing. If you were looking for a different measurement, please let me know and I can work to find it out for you.
