Running Breakaway Switch Cable On 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Question:
When installing the cable for the blue ox patriot emergency brake switch on a 2020 Rubicon with a manual transmission there is no grommet to use to pass the cable through. Do you have a preferred secondary spot to run the cable from the switch to the braking system?

There is not a preferred location to run the wire for the breakaway switch on your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for use with the Blue Ox Patriot Braking System # BLU37TR.
Since you don't have the grommet to pass the cable through, you can drill the 1/2 inch hole in the firewall literally anywhere that gives you the best access. Just make sure to double check before drilling to ensure you don't damage or run into any wiring or other parts. Otherwise, there isn't a specific location on your vehicle that is recommended.
