The SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA15MXKT will fit your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. These are designed to assist up to 2,600lbs of weight with trucks that have the leaf springs mounted above the axle. This will not increase your weight capacities they are only assisting your suspension.
You also have the option to use the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA10MXKT. This has a lower weight rating at 1,650lbs capacity.
The SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SSA13MXKT and # SSA16MXKT are for the 2011-current Silverado 2500HD's.
