Heavy trailers, campers, and bed cargo can make the rear end sag and throw off your ride height. The SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit adds up to 1,650 lbs of extra rear suspension support using bolt-on helper leaf springs that mount over your factory springs. They automatically engage when your suspension flexes under load to lift the rear and prevent bottoming out, keeping your truck level and steering steady when towing or hauling.
These helper springs adjust automatically to your payload without needing air lines or manual adjustments. As the factory springs flex, rollers at each end of the SuperSprings engage to add support right when it’s needed, then back off when the load is gone so your unloaded ride stays close to stock. The design spreads weight across the frame points built for heavy loads, improving comfort and stability without maintenance or added complexity.
When crosswinds or curves push you around, these helper springs act like a sway bar to reduce body roll by up to 30 percent. They keep your factory springs from twisting under weight shifts, making highway towing or mountain driving more controlled and predictable. You’ll feel less rocking when semis pass by and more confidence cornering with a full load.
Different bolt holes on the shackles let you tailor how much support you get. Use the upper holes for greater lift and support under constant heavy loads or older suspensions showing fatigue. Use the lower holes to maintain factory ride quality and height. Or split the difference with one end in each position for a balanced setup that fits mixed everyday use and occasional towing.
Installation is straightforward with no drilling required. The included mounting kit fits factory spring packs greater than 2-3/4" tall and ensures quiet operation when unloaded. Extended-length U-bolts and brackets are supplied for leaf springs that sit above the axle, so everything bolts securely in place for long-term performance with no tubing or air pressure to worry about.

If you look at page 4 of the instructions which Ive linked for you, you can see photos showing a single leaf spring set up just like whats shown in the photos you provided thanks for the photos!. Im guessing that page was not included in your instructions for some reason.

That's awesome, Douglas! Great to know these have been the solution you were looking for. The Timbrens are known to be pretty stout for sure. I can totally see how these would have the right amount of give needed to support the camper and have a smooth ride :) Have you taken out the truck and camper recently?

Hi Chris, there should've been a hardware kit for suspensions with leaf springs that sit above the axle. Please let me know if this is the hardware kit that was missing, and I can help you get this resolved.

They work great, they improved the rear suspension so there is no more bottoming out when I pull the 5 wheel Rv .

After about one year, these are still working great. I typically use my truck for pulling my 5th wheel. But - even when empty, you dont really feel anything different. When the camper is on, it sure levels the truck and camper out perfectly, giving you a great ride.
