Will these cross bars hold an RTT? I’m looking specifically at the Smittybilt Overlander tent. Thank you.

Yes, the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars 50" # MPG215 will indeed be able to accommodate a roof top tent such as the Smittybilt Overlander. I do, however, recommend going with the slightly longer 58" Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG216 as this would be a better option for large accessories such as a roof top tent. The weight capacity for the Malone AirFlow2 is 165lbs which is more than the weight of the Smittybilt Overlander according to the information I found.

Both of these crossbars are confirmed to fit the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek (excluding hybrid). I checked your owner's manual and your roof appears to have a weight capacity of 150lbs which is still over the weight of the Smittybilt Overlander, which is 139lbs according to my research. You will want to confirm the weight of your exact model tent that you are buying just to verify that you are not exceeding the weight limit of your roof or roof rack.
