Hi - Do the pucks Ford/Reese or the cams need to be lubricated i.e. white lithium grease? This hitch will be going into an existing puck system so there is some rust on the pucks. Wondering if grease would cause the entire hitch to potentially slide back and forth? Thanks.

It would be a good idea to use white lithium grease like # L11354 in the pucks of the Ford OEM/Reese pucks but it's not specified as a requirement. The grease would not cause movement/chucking to become noticeable or worse.
