I reached out to my contact at Dutton-Lainson and to replace the Dutton-Lainson B1200A on your boat lift I recommend the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake - TUFFPLATE Finish - 1,200 lbs # DL10808 which will be an exact replacement.

The # DL10808 has the same 7/8" threaded stud for your wheel to attach to.

This winch does not include a winch cable so you will also need Hand Winch Cable with Safety Hook 7/32" Diameter x 50' Long - 2,500 lbs # DL24045.

It isn't exactly the same, the housing design has changed, but you can use Dutton-Lainson winch #DL10808 to replace your old one. If you also want to replace the cable you can use #DL24045.

The Shelby Model 5353 Winch is a brake winch rated at 2,500 lbs so for replacement I recommend using the Fulton High-Performance Brake Winch part #F143201 which is also a brake winch and has the same 2,500 lb capacity.
