DO YOU HAVE SHELBY 5353 WINCH WITH HAND BRAKE AVIALABLE....IF NOT , WHAT MODEL WOULD REPLACE IT? FORWARD PRICING, ETC. THANKS,

We have a winch that will work to replace your Shelby 5353 but we do not carry the exact winch you have.

I recommend part # DL14958 which is a Dutton-Lainson single speed winch rated for 2,500 lb and has an automatic brake.

I have a winch on a stage Shelby Model 5353. the handle has a extension then a handle . Can I take the handle off the winch and put the extension on it then the handle ?

@Fleetservices That's pretty hard to say but I would lean on it not working with the Dutton Lainson but it's not something we have fit info for.

The Shelby Model 5353 Winch is a brake winch rated at 2,500 lbs so for replacement I recommend using the Fulton High-Performance Brake Winch part #F143201 which is also a brake winch and has the same 2,500 lb capacity.

The Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch part #315-W2500D is a two speed winch with a 2,500 lb capacity that has a brake and would work great in place of your Shelby using the same bolt pattern.

The Fulton part #F143201 is the better choice over the Dutton Lainson part #DL14958 that you also mentioned. Mainly because the Fulton does not require a minimum load like the DL does of 300 lbs to function.
