I have a 2021 grand design reflection 337RLS, GVWR 13,995. Is this the correct part to order?

While the MORryde # MR74VR is rated up to 18,000 pounds, it is optimized to give the best ride for trailers weighing 11,500 to 14,000 pounds. This will be a very good choice for your Reflection as long as it has the 1621 or 1621HD bolt pattern - which is very common. You should find a bolt pattern number on the current pin box or flanges.
If you have a different bolt pattern just email me back for a refined recommendation.
