Question:
Ive recently purchased a 2016 Forest River 206STSE pop up camper and am towing it with a 2010 4runner LTD. I dont have any issues with pulling or braking, but its sagging and Id like to correct this for optimal towing. Is there a WD system that can fit the trailer frame or do I need to install airbags in the 4runner? The length of the spring bars to get by the battery or propone tank will need to be 36-40inch measured from the hitch coupler. Is there a WD system that I can use?

I really don't think that a weight distribution system is necessary for your situation. Your Toyota 4Runner components are tough enough to haul your camper, your suspension is the component lacking. That being said you can go two different routes. If you don't want to affect your ride quality when you're not hauling, I recommend getting the SumoSprings # SS68DR. These will engauge when the rear suspension sags enough to hit these springs. So it will not affect the first 40% of your suspension travel but will prevent a couple inches of travel. I think it will keep your 2010 4Runner from sagging as much as it is, but won't completely eliminate it. This is good if you're only hauling the camper a couple times a year so your 4Runner will ride like normal without hauling your camper.
If you want your 4Runner to be completely level when you're hauling you should get the Air Lift 1000 # AL60809. These will go inside your springs so they will be supporting your suspension 100% of the time.
Of the two, the air springs will do the most support, but will affect your ride quality without hauling slightly. The SumoSprings won't do as much but you won't feel any difference in ride quality. That being said, sometimes you don't really feel a difference when adding the air lift, it all depends on the vehicle.
To help you decide, I've included some videos of both! Installation is pretty simple especially after watching the videos so be sure to check those out! If it were me, I would look at my front tires. Since the front end of the car is higher up because of the sag, the camber of your wheels will change which will cause unnecessary ware. If there is noticeable ware on the front tires, I would go with the air spring system.
If you wanted to get a weight distribution system, you need to match it up to the amount of tongue weight you're dealing with. Either get a scale like this # e99044 or a ball mount like this # WS4-2 to get an accurate number. If it's around 600lbs, get a WD system like this one # FA94-00-0600.
