While the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SS68DR are a good option to reduce sag and provide your rear suspension additional support on your 2023 Toyota 4Runner. The best option is going to be using a weight distribution hitch like the Equal-i-zer # EQ37100ET. This helps to level your 4Runner by distributing the tongue weight across both your front and rear suspension. It will also give you sway protection which you do not get with the SumoSprings. This will make your towing experience more enjoyable.

Hey, how did things go with your 4Runner after trying the Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch? Did it help level your setup and cut down on sway while towing your camper? Your update could make it easier for others with a similar trailer load.
