The Kodiak XL ProLube Kit # XLPROLUBE1980KIT is the kit that is most likely to fit your axle on the 2021 Grand Design Imagine 2400BH.
This can be confirmed by contacting Dexter with the serial number off the axle. This is either on the sticker for the axle or stamped into the axle tube on the rear of the passenger side of the axle. They can confirm both the spindle seal diameter of 1.72" and the hub bore of 1.98". You can also do this with a Digital Caliper # PTW80157.
I have linked an article below that will also help you go through the process of adding disc brakes to your Grand Design.
For this I recommend the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-K to replace your current braking hub. The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R35DS brake rotors will slide onto the hub allowing you to replace parts that may become damaged or worn individually rather than replacing entire components.
The Dexter DX Series Electric Over Hydraulic Brake Actuator for Disc Brakes # K71-651 will convert your electric over hydraulic compatible brake controller to push the hydraulic fluid from the actuator to the brake calipers through a Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # 15TA-BLKIT
