Question:
I have a 1999 E-350 Super Duty extended van 15 passanger. I plan on towing a 2006 air stream trailer 7900 lbs. I looked under the back of the van and there is no harness which would come apart to connect a T connector to. I dont have a tow package but plan on installing a transmission and oil cooler. I know I will also need a brake controller. I viewed your site and the only video I saw was for a club wagon 1996 van which I believe is the same for the hook up. Your help is greatly appreciated.

In order to install a brake controller on your 1999 Ford E-350, the first thing you are going to need is a 4-Way trailer connector # 118344. I have included a link to the isntallation instructions for you to view.
Next you will need a 4 and 7-Way installation kit # ETBC7. This will provide the 7-Way, while retaining the use of the 4-Way, and all of the wiring needed to install the brake controller. I have included some links that will explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
And finally you will need the brake controller. I recommend the Tekonsha P2, # 90885, because it is easy to set up, easy to use, and is very reliable. I have linked its instructions for you to view.
You mentioned adding a transmission cooler and oil cooler. I recommend a combination cooler that has inlets for both. Take a look at combination cooler # D15902. It has everything you will need to have a transmission and engine oil cooler in one unit. I have provided some FAQ links on coolers for you.
