Yes. The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ram Truck - Gloss Finish # C16427-104 is a confirmed fit on the 2021 Ram 2500 short bed without the OEM prep package. This kit will allow you to install a 5th wheel hitch that mounts to industry standard rails.
