Product appears to have been a resold return item. Numerous scrapes and scratches that were definitely not caused from shipping. Functions as it should.
It arrived when they said, outside packaging was a little rough but inside everything was great. Instructions were easy to follow and it went together easily. As I am 79 years old, it was a two man job but a younger me would have been able to put it together. Would have helped if they would have included an Allen wrench to fit the screws for the handle. Overall I am very pleased with it.
You are the best! My fifth wheel hitch broke while we were traveling and no one locally had the hitch.

Simple to assemble / simple to use
This was our first fifth wheel hitch. Assembly was quick enough. Easy to use. Separates for moving in and out of truck though it has only come out once since we got it. Lines up great with the Ram factory mount points. One of the plastic wear plates is damaged from hitching up at an extreme angle, doesn’t seem to effect it while towing. We travel for work and are moving every three or four months. This hitch has been great.
This is a great hitch, it was pretty easy to install solo. It's heavy but feels solid.
Fairly simple install. Missing instructions on connecting head to base. But, easy enough to figure out.
There is a noticeable amount of play between the locked jaws and the pin on the trailer. End up getting clunking when you stop and accelerate from a stop. ANNOYING!!
Order was delivered 2 days ahead of schedule.

Easy setup, works as promised.
Very well built. But if have a auxiliary fuel tank, measure twice before you buy the curt spider mount fifth wheel. You will need extra room for the locking levers on the the front puck mounts.
We had the Mopar 30K hitch (made by Curt) on our former truck and it worked reliably for over 30,000 miles of towing. It was well built, reliable and easy to use. When it was time to replace the truck we made the no brain upgrade with this hitch. Eat your Wheaties before you assemble and install it! It is shipped in two boxes, and to my relief, the UPS driver hefted them in the back of our truck. The individual components are manageable on their own, even for an old fart like me. having an extra hand would be advised, but hey, I figured a way. We are looking forward to hitting the road and expect the same reliable performance we experienced with our former hitch.

I haven’t used it yet but this is very heavy and well Bilt I would recommend this to anyone.
Also very happy with my experience with etrailer it is so nice to talk to someone that is willing to go out of there way to help you looking forward to working with them again in the future

This hitch makes your towing experience so much better it has so much cushion when stopping and accelerating it absorbs so well you will feel the difference in the first trip

The hitch is working very well. Highly recommended. I use it daily to haul my excavation equipment. I pull a tandem dual axle trailer. Fully loaded Great hitch and very user friendly
