On your 2018 Ford F-150 The Curt Echo # C51180 requires tow / haul mode activation and / or load detection on 7-way before the +12V output is activated on the 7-way connector. Activate tow mode and connect trailer before attempting Bluetooth connection to the Echo. The LED on the Echo must be on.

@SkylerK If the light is flashing green without a trailer connected you may have a defective unit. It should only flash green if a trailer is connected and not paired. You will want to verify both your phone and the OneControl app which has taken place of the Curt Echo app is up to date and has the proper permissions to search for the device. If possible I find it helps to be near the controller as the aluminum bed can interfere with the install process.

@BudM the camper was connected to it. It will only flash green if its plugged into camper and camper is plugged into it. But all permissions have been granted and I even set my phone beside it. I used my tablet as well but that didn't work either. I use an s23 ultra

@SkylerK Then it sounds like the unit itself is damaged. I would say there is something wrong with the internal antenna since the lights are working but unable to locate.
