I noticed that the order page specifies this as 4 wheel drive. This is a 2 wheel drive application. Is this the correct spring for 2 wheel drive?

For improved stability and ride quality for your 2020 Mercedes Benz 3500 chassis the best option is the SumoSprings Rebel part # SS23FR as it's the best blend of stability and support plus it's a two piece design which allows the suspension to still move without restriction. The Timbrens are great for support but they have a reputation as being a bit harsh whereas the SumoSprings are known to help with ride quality and stability more.

That was my mistake, I was under impression you had a 4WD model. The kit I mentioned does not fit 2WD models. Instead you'd want the part # SSR-338-54 which does fit the 2WD model.
