Question:

I have the old square bar Tule racks and a bunch of stuff for them. Im finding no Tule towers for my Sienna though. Will these towers work with my old Tule square bars and accessories no slot, they are truly old?

The Malone crossbars that you were looking at come as a complete kit and are not compatible with Thule towers. If you would like to stick with Thule square bars then you could go with the Thule Standard Square Cross Bars - 53" Long # TH712400 with Feet # TH710401. This attaches to the factory side rails on your 2016 Sienna.

For a much more affordable setup you could go with the Malone Steel Top Universal Roof Rack # MPG201 that you referenced. These will fit your factory roof rails and allow fitment of any accessories that the Thule square bars could accommodate as both square bars measure 1-1/4" wide and 7/8" tall.
