Hi, Is the basket missing the hardware to attach it to the cross bars and the faring also ?

The Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 49" x 40" x 6" - 150 lbs # TH859XT comes with everything necessary for installation onto a roof rack; the wind fairing and associated hardware is also included in purchase. This cargo basket is made to fit onto many different styles of crossbars such as round bars, square bars, aero bars, and most OEM factory crossbars. If your 2021 Toyota Highlander has the factory crossbars running left to right across your roof then you are all set to install this basket and do not need anything else. If you have a different roof configuration or different vehicle then let me know and I will find the parts needed to install this basket.

If you need replacement hardware and parts to mount fairing # TH83FR, then you need Replacement Fairing Clamp # 1500052562 (Qty. 5), Replacement M6 x 22 Carriage Bolt # 915-0622-54 (Qty. 5), and Replacement 3-Wing Hand Knob # 753-0783 (Qty. 5), and Replacement Fairing Washer # TH73FR (Qty. 5).
