I checked directly with Thule for you, and can confirm the Force XT rooftop cargo box will indeed fit the factory crossbars on your 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. The correct part for the XT Large is the following:

You made a really nice choice here with the Force XT because of how easy it is to use and its aerodynamic shape that will slice through the wind, giving you a quieter ride than other cargo boxes.
The Force XT # TH6357B has a lid that opens from either side of your Crosstrek, which makes it simple to access. And once you open the lid, it stays open until you choose to close it, so you aren't trying to put in or take out gear with one hand while holding the lid open with your other hand. Installing it on your roof rack is super easy as well; the Force XT simply uses a clamp that grips the sides of your crossbars. You will know when the clamps are tight enough around the crossbars as there will be a very audible click - that's all there is to it.
The Force XT also has a pair of integrated locks to help keep your cargo safe.
