Does this wheel and tire come balanced?

The Loadstar ST215/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire with 14" White Wheel part # AM3S550 will come pre-balanced to the extent that the heavy spot on the wheel is lined up with the light spot on the tire. It does not come machined balanced but this is not needed for trailer tires.
