Question:
My Metris cargo van is prewired with three possible connectors found in the back of the van. Is there a harness that simply plugs into one of these connectors. Otherwise, what is that best harness for the 2020 Metris? What trailer hitch would you recommend for the Metris?

We don't offer a plug and play wiring harness for your 2020 Metris, but we do offer a circuit-protected trailer wiring harness to provide a 4-pole trailer connector that would be pretty easy to install that wouldn't require any cutting or splicing. I'd recommend the Tekonsha ZCI, part # 119250KIT that would install as shown in the linked video. The ZCI uses sensors that clamp around the taillight harness wires that can read the current going through the wires.
For a hitch, I'd recommend the Curt Class III, part # C13276 which provides a 6000 lb towing capacity and a 900 lb tongue weight capacity, which is actually higher than the towing capacity of the vehicle, so there's no doubt the hitch is very strong and well constructed.
I've linked to install videos for the trailer wiring harness and hitch I recommended.
