Hi, I have a 2020 Ford Transit it has the factory installed HD Trailer tow packageinch and it appears now Ford does not include a Brake controller it has to be added. Will your 80550 work with my set up? I watched U-tube and some guys said you have to have the Ford OEM controller or it wont work with anything else ?? Thanks for your input Scott

The Pro Series Pilot Time Delayed brake controller # 80550 will definitely work on your 2020 Ford Transit T250. That being said, depending on how your vehicle is wired, there are a few parts that will be needed to complete the install.
You will need our Universal Installation Kit for Brake Controllers # ETBC7, which would need to piggy back off wiring harness # HM11140244. If you wanted or needed the ability to remove the # 80550 from the vehicle at any point, you could install the Tekonsha replacement brake control plug # 20127.
