The RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover - Retractable - Polycarbonate - Matte Black - Accessory T-Slots # RTT-60245 is going to be scratch resistant and it won't dent where the aluminum # RTT-80245 can get scratched and dented. Conversely the aluminum cover is going to be a bit stronger with its' 500-lbs capacity compared to the 250-lbs on the polycarbonate tonneau. Normally this isn't too important since you're not really using it to carry loads, but if you're the type of person who tends to lay things on top of the tonneau it might come into consideration.
