Front Hitch for 2005 E-450 RV To Use As Recovery Point with Winch

Question:
I have a 14000lb GVW rv that I was planning on installing a front receiver hitch with a 12000 lb winch. It is a 2005 e450 chassis. I am only going to use it to pull my rv out of the sand on the beach if I get stuck. My concern is the 9000 lb pull limit. I think pulling out of sand a few feet should be no issue as I can’t find anything else that can handle this weight. Wanted to get your opinion

The highest capacity front hitch we have for your 2005 E450 cutaway chassis would be the Draw Tite part # 65001 which does have a line pull capacity of 9,000 lbs. Since this would be a recovery solution with a winch you'd also have to consider the fact you'd be most likely using the vehicle's engine to also try and move the vehicle out of the sand as well which would lighten the line pull pretty easily under the capacity of the hitch.
