I recommend looking into Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 as this will be your best option. This connects to your 4 way flat trailer connector and then provides 2 light bars for turn signal, brake, and running lights. 3M adhesive strips let you simply attach the light bars to your bike rack without any need for tools or hardware.
