Does anyone offer one of these with a 3.5 inch o.d. ?

The B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler, # BWTEXA4200, is only available in tube inner diameter of 4". There is the Gen-Y series of gooseneck couplers that have an offset along with shock absorbing features but I am not seeing any with the dimension you are requesting. Please see the attached link for this series if any may fit your needs.
