The Draw-Tite Class I hitch you'd looked at, part # 24942 has a 2000 lb towing/200 lb tongue weight capacity.
A single personal watercraft and trailer weighs between 600-1100 lbs, depending on the model, so if that's the case the hitch as well as the 2000 lb towing capacity of a 1st gen 2015-2020 Acura TLX would be able to handle the weight just fine.
To tow the PWC and trailer, you'll also need to add a trailer wiring harness like # 118697, a drawbar like
# 3593 and a hitch ball like # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 19258 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
