Securing an Extension Ladder to a Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack

Thanks for letting us help Ed. The Rhino-Rack Load Stops # RRRLH2 paired with the Rhino-Rack Cam Buckle Cinch Straps # RTD3 will be a great way to secure an extension ladder to your Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack # TH52ZA. You could accomplish this with several different styles of load stops, but I actually prefer the mounting design and functionality of the Rhino-Rack # RRRLH2. They're also confirmed to work with your Thule WingBar Evo crossbars. I've included a video below showing a similar setup being used to transport a ladder so you can see how everything works together.

One other thing I'd consider adding is pads for the crossbars like Thule SUP and Surfboard Pads for Aero Crossbars # TH846000. This will provide some extra grip between the ladder and crossbars while helping protect the crossbars from scratches and damage.

Are you planning to carry the extension ladder regularly for work, or is this more of an occasional use setup?
