Camco RV Drain Trap Run To Grey Water Tank

Question:

The sink is located on the vans drivers side and is about 30inch above the vans floor. The grey tank is located on the vans passenger side. The sink will not drain unless I the line to a level that is about that of the bottom of the grey tank. I know that the Camco is not intended for this application but I thought that gravity would work in this situation. Do you know of solutions to my problem? Would an inline pump work?

It is challenging to know for certain if the Camco RV Drain Trap for 3/4" Diameter Drain Hose, # CAM37262 will help in this situation. I do see it as a cost effective attempt. I think best long term would be to reroute the drain lines to more aggressive angles with more direct flow to holding tank, if this is possible. I would attempt these routes before installing a pump.
