Will the 8 1/4 inch rear center cap fit on a1999 newmar durch star spartan. Thank you

The Phoenix USA # PXQ2020XL wheel center cap isn't vehicle specific. If the rear wheels on your 1999 Newmar Dutch Star Spartan motorhome has a 8-1/4 inch diameter hub and a 10 on 285mm wheel bolt pattern, then the center cap would be compatible. Unfortunately, I have no way of looking up the hub size and wheel bolt pattern of your motorhome.
