where is the trailer light fuse on a 2012 dodge 3500 truck?

There is most likely a separate fuse and/or relay for the running light circuit on your 2012 Dodge Ram 3500. The easiest way to find any fuses or relays is to use the owners manual and/or legend on the power distribution box lid for the locations of items related to the tow package wiring.
From what I could find in the online version of the owners manual, the trailer tow lamps/park lamps fuse is in cavity J14 and requires a blue 20 amp cartridge fuse.
