Adapting Old Yakima and Thule Roof Bike Racks for Aero Factory Crossbars

Question:
Reference: 2021 Subaru Outback with factory stowable roof crossbars. I have several tray style bicycle mounts from Yakima, Saris, and Thule. I would like to be able to use any/all of them with my new Subaru factory roof rack. This means my current round, square, and slotted clips for my aftermarket crossbars need replacement. Do you sell clips to adapt any of my roof trays and wheel mounts to the 2021 Subaru airfoil shaped crossbars? If so, please send a link. Id like to get a set as soon as possible. Thank you

It depends on your bike mount and brand. Yakima has their Universal Mighty Mounts # Y03590 that should help with most of your Yakima carriers.
Thule has their Xadapt series: # Xadapt1 and # Xadapt2 for crossbars that have a t-track in them. If not, they have this old Ride-On Adapter that is now only available in its individual parts:
