Hi, Im looking for an adapter to attach my old velo vise bike mount to modern thule wingbars. Thanks

Hey Kyle, it looks like you are on the right track here, because the Thule # Xadapt1 is going to be the correct adapter for mounting the old Thule Velo Vise bike mount to the top channel of the new Thule Wingbars. We have confirmed this with the folks at Thule.

Thanks, unless there is a spacer available, the profile of the wingbar will not fit in the recess of the velo vise. Is there an option for this?

@Kyle The # Xadapt1 does not require a spacer. The adapter plate will slide into the bottom channel on the wheel tray. It then uses square-head bolts to attach to the top channel on the Wingbar. Take a look at page 2 and 3 of the instructions I have linked below.
