Question:
I have a 5th wheel trailer that I need a hitch put on the back for a bike rack for 2 e-bikes. I see the right hitches but was wondering if you can also do the welding the hitch to the back rv frame.

If your frame is 22-72 inches wide you can use this weld on RV hitch # 13703. The only benefits to a bolt on compared to a weld on is the ability to remove if need be. If you are a good welder and have one on hand, I like the weld on option.
I recommend using the Hollywood Racks RV Rider # HLY64FR for carrying two electric bikes. This rack is to GO TO rack when you're wanting to haul heavier bikes on your RV or 5th wheel. It can even go on a flat towed vehicle! It has 80 lbs per bike so it's great for electric bike and fat tire bikes as well.
