Heavy Duty M116A3 Military Trailer Brake Actuator

Question:
My wife got the brakes you guys suggested on the one trailer and awesome! I have a military M116a3 with a surge brake on the tongue. I want to replace the whole unit, am all about heavy duty overkill but is this too much for a 3100lb trailer? I like the look # T1735200

I like the whole heavy duty overkill aspect of a build. I see no reason why you wouldn't want to install the Titan Brake Actuator # T1735200. This way you know that your M116A3 Military Trailer is tough enough for anything you throw at it. As long as it fits, I say go for it! It will fit a 3" wide channel tongue providing a 3" drop on a 2-5/16" ball. It will need to be welded on.
