Optronics Oval LED Light Recommendation to Replace an Older Style Optronics Light

Question:

I am replacing an existing optronics LED tail light that had a female 3 prong right angle connector attached. Does a version of this item exist? If not, what would be the best way to attach to existing male plug attachment? Thanks

I do have a solution that should work for you, but we do not carry any Optronics lights with the style connector you have. You could get a Optronics Trailer Light # STL78RB that you referenced, and to install it you would just want to cut of the connector that is on your trailer and then wire the the three wires to the wires of the # STL78RB.

The white wire of the # STL78RB will run to the ground wire of your trailer wiring, the red will run to the turn signal/brake wire and the black will run to the tail light circuit. I attached an FAQ article on trailer wiring for you to check out also.
