I have a motorhome coach that is equipped with Spartan Safehaul tow vehicle air brake system. I noticed the Air Force kits include the motorhome air supply. I would assume this is not needed since the motorhome is already equipped. Is there a different kit I should be using? Towing a 2017 Ram 2500 4x4

You're correct, you won't need the motorhome end of things since your motorhome has the Spartan Safe Haul system. You'll need the following parts which is the Air Force One Kit minus the parts that would typically go on the motorhome:
• Demco Air Force One Second Vehicle Kit, part # SM99209
• Demco Air Jumper Kit for Spartan Chassis, part # SM6296
Going this route will save you a couple hundred dollars. I've linked to an install video that you might find helpful.
