Hello, I am interested in purchasing Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle Item # AL57595 for my 2018 Ram 3500. Does this kit come with the compressor or if not would you be able to tell me what the compatible model is?

The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57595 you were looking at is confirmed to fit your 2018 Ram 3500 but does not include an on-board compressor.

For a compatible compressor I recommend the Air Lift QuickShot Compressor System for Air Springs - Support Line and Reserve Tank - Dual Path # AL25572 which will air up each bag independently allowing you to level your Ram even if the load is uneven, and since it includes an auxiliary air line which can be used to air up tires if needed.
