Is it Okay to Do Away with the Muffler and Exhaust Filter on a 2008 Ram 2500 with an Edge Tuner

Question:
i just bought a 2008 dodge ram 2500 6.7 cummins and it has the Edge Diesel Evolution CS2 Performance Tuner - Color Screen Item # EP85300 in it and im wondering about doing away with muffler and the exhaust filter so from the cat back will that mess with my tuner or will it be okay and wont half to do anything to tuner hopefully you can awnser my question thank you

I called Edge to confirm.
You cannot do away with the muffler and exhaust filter and still use the Edge Diesel Evolution CS2 Performance Tuner, part # EP85300.
Edge has designed this to be in regulation with EPA guidelines, and messing with the above components with the tuner has been made illegal.
