do you have a 2.5 to 2 inch shaft reducer that does not have play in it for my F25

Yes, we do offer 2-1/2" to 2" trailer hitch reducers like the B&W Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve part # BWRHXA2182 which is what I recommend. That said, they all have some play so if you are trying to get rid of this completely a dedicated 2-1/2" shank would be the best option. If you can let me know the application I may be able to assist with this.
