Installing Tow Bar And Nerf Bars On 2021 Jeep Wrangler

In regard to installing a tow bar on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler, I highly recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain # RM-522. This will fit into a 2" receiver and has a weight capacity of 6,000lbs, which will be more than enough for your Jeep Wrangler. You will need a base plate kit that will connect this Roadmaster tow bar to your Jeep; the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 will work well. This is compatible with 2021 Jeep Wrangler that has plastic or steel front bumper. You can see this entire installation process in a video I am attaching.

You will then need a braking system and wiring kit for the taillights of your jeep. For the braking system, I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System # BLU37TR. This is an excellent braking setup that will brake the towed vehicle in proportion to how the towing vehicle is braking. For the wiring kit, go with the RoadMaster Towing Kit # RM-9243-1. This kit includes the remaining items needed for towing: safety cables, taillight wiring kit, and the power cord that plugs into the towing vehicle's 7 way.

There are a few options available when it comes to installing nerf bars on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Two of the most popular options for your vehicle are the Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars # 21-24055 and the Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars # 21-24050. The # 21-24055 is coated in glossy black powder coat, which will be sure to prevent rust and corrosion. The # 21-24050 has a polished stainless steel finish that is long-lasting and rustproof. Both designs feature closed ends to prevent internal corrosion. These offer a simple installation process that requires no welding or drilling; simply attach the brackets to pre-drilled holes on the rocker panels of your Jeep Wrangler. The nerf bars will then attach to the brackets. Instructions and hardware included.
