I bought Item # K71-384-00 what item number would I look up to buy replacement U-bolts for this kit? Thank you.

The U-bolt you're looking for is the # DX62FR, which is the replacement for the U-bolts in the Dexter Over-Under conversion kit. These U-bolts are 1/2" thick and 5-1/8" long. You could also just use the 2-3/8" Round Trailer U-Bolts (Qty 2) # SP01-040, which are 1/2" thick and 5-1/2" long, which you can use if you don't mind the little extra length.
