Will the steps attach to the mounting bracket that came with the unit single pull out step or does a new bracket have to be installed?

The GlowStep Stow N' Go steps # TLA7833 have a bolt-on mounting base that installs on the outside of your camper. The base provides a strong and stable connection to your camper, and it attaches permanently using the included mounting hardware. This could easily be used with a step width that is 25 inches. From the ground to the mounting bracket on this will measures 27-7/8 inches when these are pulled out as well. If you have a different height let me know and I'll see what we can find that would work well.

This is follow up to previous inquiry/answer. From the threshold to the ground the measurement is 25.5 inches. Seems like @27-28 inches there would be excessive pitch when extended. Tx

For your threshold height of 25-1/2 inches the best GlowStep we have is the 2 step kit part # TLA8002 which has a height range of 25-1/2" - 32" which would be perfect for you.

I attached a picture that shows how the mounting bracket of the GlowStep part # TLA8002 installs for you to check out. Most likely this isn't the same as what you'd have on your trailer already.
