To install above bed rails on your 2016 Ram 1500 to use a Curt 5th wheel hitch you would want the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit - Carbide Finish # C16444-204. If you don't need the rails and just need the brackets then you'll want to use the Curt Semi-Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Dodge Ram 1500 - Gloss Finish # C16306-104.
Both of these kits come with the bolts/hardware you would need to complete installation.
